Creating iPhone in Adobe Photoshop

In this tutorial, you will learn how to make an iPhone 5 using different features and tool provided by Adobe Photoshop.

STEPS

STEP 1

Start with the new document with 600×700 pixels/inch and 72 dpi. image

STEP 2

Now, Set the #000004 color as your foreground, select the rounded rectangle tool, click the canvas, and put the 285px width, 624px height, and 45px radius values into the options then rasterize the layer

STEP 3

Duplicate this rectangle layer, and hide this new copy; we’ll work on the original layer now. Double click on the layer and change the layer style effect as under.

STEP 4

Unhide the copied layer, and change its color to #767f8f, increase its size by using the free transform tool (Ctrl+ “T”)

STEP 5

Now make a new layer, draw a rectangle in the little downwards in the center of the iPhone, fill the #1f1f1f color in it

STEP 6

Next, we’ll make a light reflection. Draw a triangle above the rest of the layers

STEP 7

Go to layer style and hit the changes as under

Turn the fill into 0%
 image

STEP 8

Next, we’ll make the buttons. Make a rectangle using the rounded rectangle tool with a 5px radius and #242b33 as your color.

STEP 9

Copy this layer in 2 times for side button, Press CTRL + T for free transform and place it in the left side for volume

STEP 10

Now, Merge the layers by selecting all the layers and left click > select marge layers
 image

STEP 11

Draw an ellipse using color #1b1b1d. Duplicate it, change its color to #000004, and drag it one step downwards. To make a half-moon shaped highlight over it, duplicate the top ellipse and change its color to a lighter gray (#4f5259). Make a new layer, draw a square fill the black color and place it in the center of the button.
